Questions worth asking

What should a projection-mapping brief include?

Start with photographs or plans of the surface, audience viewing positions, operating dates, ambient light, power and access. Include any sound restrictions, permission requirements and the story you want to explore.

What affects the cost of an immersive installation?

The creative scope, site conditions, content development, equipment, fabrication, collaborators, installation, rehearsal and ongoing operation all affect the budget. Share a range if you have one; pricing and delivery scope need a project-specific conversation.

Can an existing artwork be adapted?

Ask about the work you have seen. Artistic fit, audience needs, site conditions, rights and technical requirements determine whether an adaptation is appropriate. No adaptation is confirmed until the specific brief has been reviewed.

What information is useful before a concept call?

Your organisation, intended audience, site or location, dates or planning window, project type and the outcome you want. A budget range is helpful when known, but it is optional.

Is the concept call booked automatically?

No. The enquiry route lets you request a 15-minute concept call. Dates, availability and the next step are confirmed in conversation; there is no automatic scheduling service on this site.
